Production and order processing time
All panels and fabrics are printed to order. The time it takes us to produce and prepare an order for shipment is 9-15 business days. But usually we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Please note that we prepare and ship orders on working days from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends.

We ship from Ottawa, ON, Canada, shipping times vary depending on the carrier and your location, please see the list of estimated delivery times below:
CANADA. We offer 5 shipping options via Canada Post: Untracked letter mail 3-9 business days, Expedited Parcel 1-5 business days, Priority 1-2 business days, Xpresspost 1-2 business days.
USA. We ship to the US via USPS, shipping takes 3-6 business days.
Worldwide. We ship worldwide using Canada Post Small Packet International Air 6-12 business days, Tracked Packet International 18 business days, Xpresspost International 15 business days.
Please note that shipping times to international destinations may be delayed due to customs clearing times. Buyers are responsible for any custom duties and import taxes that may apply.
