Production and Shipping Time

All panels and fabrics are printed to order. Our production and preparation time for shipment is typically 2-3 weeks. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Terms

We ship from Ottawa, ON, Canada. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery times below:

• Canada: We ship orders untracked via Canada Post, with delivery typically taking 3-7 days.
  Note: During Canada Post strike, we will ship orders using alternative courier companies.

• United States: We ship orders via USPS, with delivery typically taking 3-5 days.

• Worldwide: We use Canada Post Small Packet International Air for international orders, with delivery typically taking 6-12 business days.

Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply.
